Class Levels

Beginner Level Classes

    • Monday 6pm – Boxing/Muay Thai
    • Tuesday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
    • Wednesday 6pm – Women’s Jiu Jitsu (Females only)
    • Thursday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
    • Friday 630pm – Combat Jiu Jitsu for Beginners
    • Saturday 9am – Women’s Jiu Jitsu (Females only)
    • Saturday 10am – Boxing/Muay Thai Drills & Conditioning

Experienced Level Classes

  • Wednesday 8pm – Sparring
  • Saturday 10am – Jiu Jitsu Leglocks

All other classes are considered mixed levels and anyone from beginner to advanced can comfortably do those classes.

Jiu Jitsu

Learn the art of submission grappling and ground fighting with techniques to submit opponents, reversals and escapes from bad positions as well as defending yourself from all those bad positions and techniques if both Gi and No Gi. Jiu Jitsu is a very good form of fitness and also very practical in self defence as well.

The video below describes Jiu Jitsu much more than a martial art, or self defence, or a form of fitness etc. Jiu Jitsu is a way of life for many people as it can transform you in many different ways.

Boxing/Muay Thai for MMA (BMT)

Training in different aspects from Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and other striking disciplines, this class will teach you all the best techniques both on the feet and on the ground to help improve your punching, kicking and overall striking for MMA.

Some light and technical sparring shown below utilizing a lot of the techniques that would be covered in this class.

Olympic Wrestling

This class will focus on wrestling techniques for improving your takedowns and your control  of your opponents to improve your grappling. It is also a must-have discipline for MMA and Jiu Jitsu. This class will improve a lot of fundamentals from your fitness and power to your athleticism, balance and coordination.

Renown MMA fighter Chael Sonnen talks about wrestling and video also shows him training in wrestling which he uses as his base for MMA.


Covering all the combat disciplines of MMA from stand up fighting, takedowns and wrestling, ground & pound and submissions and how to seamlessly integrate it all together. Gain confidence to handle yourself no matter what the situation or scenario calls for.

The video below is of some ground and pound technique which is one of many different and diverse areas that will be covered.

Open Mat

Open mat sessions are used to practice and tidy up on all the learning from other classes. The mat space and time can be used for more jiu jitsu rolling, sparring, drilling and discussing various techniques covered to date and picking people’s brains. Basically the freedom to work on whatever you choose.
