MMA Training Plan – All striking and MMA classes and 3 grappling classes a week (jiu jitsu/wrestling)
Unlimited All Classes Plan – No restriction on attendance. Unlimited classes.
Unlimited Jiu Jitsu Plan – Unlimited Jiu Jitsu classes, Wrestling and Open Mat.
3 Classes Per Week includes up to 3 classes per week + open mat.
6 Classes Per Week includes up to 6 classes per week + open mat.
10 Class Passes – Casual 10 Class Passes (3 Month Expiry)

Membership plans are charged either per fortnight or monthly except for 10 Class Passes (per passes) which is one off payment and there are no contracts, no sign up fee, no cancellation fees.

Beginner Level Classes
- Monday 6pm – Boxing/Muay Thai Fundamentals
- Monday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu No Gi
- Monday 8pm – Jiu Jitsu Gi
- Tuesday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Wednesday 6pm – Jiu Jitsu No Gi
- Thursday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Saturday 10am – Boxing/Muay Thai Drills & Conditioning
- Sunday 9am – Female Jiu Jitsu & Self Defence (Females Only)
Experienced Level Classes
- Thursday 7pm – Sparring
- Saturday 10am – Leglocks – No Gi
All other classes are considered mixed levels and anyone from beginner to advanced can comfortably do those classes.
