Membership plans are charged either per fortnight or monthly except for 10 Class Passes (per passes) which is one off payment and there are no contracts, no sign up fee, no cancellation fees.

- Monday 6pm – Boxing/Muay Thai (BMT) Fundamentals
- Tuesday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Wednesday 6pm – Women’s Jiu Jitsu
- Thursday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Friday 6pm – MMA Self Defence
- Friday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Saturday 9am – Women’s Jiu Jitsu
- Saturday 10am -Boxing/Muay Thai (BMT) Fundamentals
Experienced Level Classes
- Wednesday 7pm – Wrestling
- Wednesday 8pm – Sparring
- Saturday 10am – Leglocks* (Invite Only)
All other classes are considered mixed levels and anyone from beginner to advanced can comfortably do those classes.
