MMA Training Plan – All striking and MMA classes and 3 grappling classes a week (jiu jitsu/wrestling)
Unlimited All Classes Plan – No restriction on attendance. Unlimited classes.
Unlimited Jiu Jitsu Plan – Unlimited Jiu Jitsu classes, Wrestling and Open Mat.
3 Classes Per Week includes up to 3 classes per week + open mat.
6 Classes Per Week includes up to 6 classes per week + open mat.
10 Class Passes – Short Term 10 Class Passes (3 Month Expiry)

Membership plans are charged either per fortnight or monthly except for 10 Class Passes (per passes) which is one off payment and there are no contracts, no sign up fee, no cancellation fees.

Beginner Level Classes
- Monday 6pm – Boxing Conditioning
- Tuesday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Thursday 7pm – Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals
- Saturday 10am – Boxing Fundamentals
- Sunday 9am – Female Jiu Jitsu & Self Defence (Females Only)
- Sunday 10am – Female Boxing & Fitness (Females Only)
Experienced Level Classes
- Monday 8pm – MMA Fight Class
- Wednesday 7pm – Wrestling
- Thursday 7pm – Sparring
All other classes are considered mixed levels and anyone from beginner to advanced can comfortably do those classes.
