Kickboxing

Combining all the best bits from boxing and muay thai and sprinkling in all the efficient techniques of others is our Kickboxing classes. Designed to suit a more mixed martial arts style and not constrained to any one set of rules. We have classes for beginners and experienced students.

Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

You can’t know self defence and not know how to grapple and fight on the ground. The Brazilian originated art form teaches the art and science of control that leads to a multitude of joint locks and choke submissions and be an expert at ground fighting. We have classes for beginner to advanced as well as women’s classes.

Wrestling for BJJ/MMA

When it comes to wrestling (takedowns and control) we have incorporated all the different grappling and wrestling styles that have been shown to work well for Jiu Jitsu competition as well as MMA fighting and created a wrestling class to help supplement Jiu Jitsu and MMA training.
