You agree that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from participating in intense physical exercise and to notify coaches of any condition that may impact your ability to train. You agree that in participating in training you do so on the distinct understanding that you do so entirely at your own risk. You are aware accidents or damage to property or injury or even death are possible while undertaking training. You agree to acknowledge that because of the risks involved to release to the full extent permitted by law all claims resulting from any accident or damage to property or injury or death while undertaking training. You agree to abide by the Cabra Kai Academy code of conduct rules and acknowledge that any failure to abide by rules or negative behaviour may result in refusal of training and/or banning from premises.
