Starting square on knees with arms at 10-4
Switch arms to 8-2
Sitout facing head (resting on elbow)
Stepover to north south (arms by sides)
Backstep to other sitout position (facing head)
Square up arms at 10-4
Switch arms to 8-2
Sitout facing legs (resting on elbow)
Control knee and step over body
Square up on mount, arms at 10-2
Left elbow down at 2 and backstep
Square up with arms at 10-4 back at start position
Kneeride Drill
Starting in side control, arms at 8-2.
Place hands on hip and shoulder in same position.
Push up and spring to kneeride in one motion.
Go back down to side control and repeat.
Hands on mat at 10-2 and switch to other side kneeride.
Go down and back up to kneeride on this side.
Hands on mat at 10-2 and flick leg over to mount.
Hands on mat at 10-2 and flick leg back to kneeride on original side.
Go back down to side control to finish in starting position.
Mount to Back Drill
Starting with mount with hands at 10-2.
Person on bottom tries to lasso on arm -> swim arm out.
Person on bottom tries to lasso other arm -> swim arm out.
Person on bottom bridges and pushes left -> cup head, post, pinch legs.
Person on bottom bridges and pushes right -> cup head, post, pinch legs.
Person on bottom turns to the left -> step and slide to side mount with seatbelt control.
Person on bottom falls to back -> recover to mount at 10-2.
Person on bottom turns to the right -> step and slide to side mount with seatbelt control.
From side mount, pull partner up and over to finish with back control.
Front Headlock to Back Drill
Partner shoots in for lazy double leg on knees, sprawl to front headlock position. Chin strap, shoulder position, tricep control, pivot knee, balance foot.
Partner drives forward -> maintain body orientation.
Partner retreats back -> maintain body orientation.
Partner circles left -> maintain body orientation.
Partner circles right -> maintain body orientation.
Go behind using hand block on the tricep to kneeblock position.
Switch to other knee to penetrate and seatbelt.
Pull partner down and to other side and finish with hooks in back control.
Basic Circuit Drill
Both starting on feet facing each other.
Double leg takedown to cross face underhook side control.
Knee through to mount hands at 10-2
Person on bottom lassos arm and does bridge and roll into closed guard.
Person on bottom places feet on partner's hips to create space.
Person on bottom does technical standup to get to feet.
Person on knee stands up back to feet op starting position.
Repeat with roles switched.
Guardwork Drill
Scenario 1:
Bottom side control (8-2) to half guard with underhook.
*Opponent gets underhook*
Post on shoulder and knee and move to closed guard.
Scenario 2:
Bottom side control (10-4) to belly down hands on hips position.
Get to knees and finish with double leg on knees to side control.
