Wrestling (10)
Lateral drop from over under clinch
Starting in over under clinch, left overhook, right underhook.
Drive partner backwards to initiate reaction.
When partner drives forward to counter, do a full squat down to bring left hip to the ground, while lifting the underhook.
This will cause partner to roll over you, ending in switchbase side control.
Fierman's carry from bicep collar tie
Starting with left inside bicep tie and right collar tie.
Circle partner to the left to make their right leg step forward.
Drop down to both knees to get right high scrotch grip and switching bicep grip to a tricep grip.
Step up on right foot and tilt left shoulder down to the ground.
Release the right high crotch grip to throw them over your shoulder.
RDLR Passing (10)
Passing RDLR by using straight staple on far side leg, finish pass with kneeslide to side control.
Start squatted with right leg in RDLR.
With hands on both their knees, straighten right leg to release RDLR hook.
Drive their knees to the right and step left leg with right shin.
Get left underhook and place head on right side of their head and right hand posted next to head.
Elevate hipsand slide left knee over their hips and onto the ground.
Reverse hips backwards to point their knees the other way.
Finish on other side control with underhook and crossface.
Passing RDLR by using a straight staple on near side leg, finish pass with legscoop backstep pass to side control.
Start squatted with right leg in RDLR.
With hands on both their knees, straighten right leg to release RDLR hook.
Use left foot behind their right heel to open their leg out to the left.
Convert left foot to a straight staple thigh by lowering down and also shelving their other leg with your right thigh.
Establish underhook and crossface.
Scoop their leg with your right arm.
Backstep to the left while keep left foot hook inside their right thigh.
Switchbase back and use right hand to leglace and point knees other way.
Toeholds (15)
Halfguard spring setup to kneebar, finishing with toehold.
Starting in bottom halfguard.
Frame their left shoulder with your left hand to create space.
Scoop their left leg with your right arm and swing left leg over into turtle position.
Spring on toes to knock partner off balance to extract and straighen the leg.
Switch to toehold figure-4 grip.
Finish by turning chest to the mat, pulling elbow up and back and driving toes down and around.
Omoplata from guard to toehold finish.
Start with partner in closed guard.
Control both wrists and place both feet on their hips.
Bring right leg over their shoulder to get foot to the ground.
Switch wrist grip from right to left hand to get to omoplata position.
Turn on right side and capture toes.
Reach over with left and to grab wrist to toehold grip.
Finishing by turning to put back flat on the mat, pulling down on own elbow, push around with hand.
Rolling toehold vs kneeshield
Starting in top halfguard with kneeshield in place.
Secure toes with right hand.
Step up on right foot as you turn to the right to feed left hand in for figure-4 grip.
Dive rollover left shoulder while ensuring right leg stays hooked over partner's leg.
Finish by pulling left elbow backwards and pushing toes towards their butt.
Gi lapel chokes turtle (10)
Nappy change pass to turtle, finish with clock choke in turtle.
Start standing with partner on back with an open guard.
Control the back of their heels to elevate the feet up.
Drive their feet to the left over their right shoulder to force them to roll.
End up with side back control with them in turtle on their right side.
Use left hand under the arm to open their left lapel and feed right hand across chest to grab lapel.
Place head on the ground with chest covering their head and hand grabbing their belt around their right hip.
Walk counterclockwise to finish choke.
Leg drag to turtle to rolling bow and arrow finish.
Start standing with partner on back with an open guard.
Perform a leg drag to pass to the right.
When trying to secure legdrag position partner turns to turtle.
End up with side back control on their right side.
Use left hand under the arm to open their left lapel and feed right hand across chest to grab lapel.
Step up and put left hook into the far side and grab pant grip on their left leg.
Dive roll over left shoulder to turn them belly up.
Throw right leg over arm/shoulder and finish bow and arrow choke.
Back triangle (10)
Back control to arm trap to back triangle choke.
Starting on left control side back control. Cross grips, left arm bottom, right arm top.
Push their left hand down and throw foot over their arm and shoulder.
Switch to a two on one grip on the left forearm over their left shoulder.
Pull their arm up above their head.
Fall onto right side and lock initial triangle lock.
Keep control of their wrist with your right hand, use left hand grab foot to tighten triangle lock.
Move left hand back to two on one control and squeeze legs for finish.
Secondary submissions from back triangle position, transition to front triangle.
Starting in back triangle choke position.
Armbar submission.
Wristlock submission.
Americana submission.
Transition to front triangle submission (when partner turns onto their knees)
Lockdown guard (10)
Using lockdown when partner has locked underhook/crossface get to coyote halfguard, finishing with old school sweep.
Start in bottom halfguard with locked underhook and crossface.
Switch halfguard to lockdown guard.
Place both hands on their torso.
Pull knees to chest and use hands to move them upwards above your head.
Pummel to get left underhook and catch toes with right hand.
Switch to coyote guard.
Get to dogfight while keeping right hand grip of foot to get sweep.
Finish in side control with leglace.
Electric chair sub from lockdown plus using sweep to pass to side control with leglace.
Start in bottom halfguard with locked underhook and crossface.
Switch halfguard to lockdown guard.
Place both hands on their torso.
Pull knees to chest and use hands to move them upwards above your head.
Lock both arms around their left thigh and move it onto your right shoulder.
Turn onto your left side.
Extend body up and legs down evenly to get electric chair finish.
Get onto knees to get the sweep.
Pass to the right and finish in side control with leglace.

Shin on shin guard to slx to x-guard to legscoop grip.
Start seated vs standing.
Butt scoot into shin on shin guard.
Fall onto right shoulder to transition to single leg-x guard.
Switch to x-guard with overwrap grip and stretch legs to get their hands onto the mat.
Control knee with right hand and switch leg hand under for scoop grip.
Finish with X-guard with legscoop grip laying on right side.
Single leg x (10)
Butterfly entry to single leg-x, finish with leg scoop sweep to side control.
Start seated with partner on their knees.
Butt scoot in to get double underhooks with butterfly guard.
Rock back and elevate to get their hands onto the mat.
Straighten right leg and use left hand on their left rip to push their torso away to get angle whilse getting scoop under their leg.
Move right foot to their hip to secure single leg-x
Kick them back with legs as you come up on left arm for base.
Stand up to feet to get sweep and finish in side control.
Bottom mount entry to single leg-x to leg scoop sweep to side control.
Starting in bottom mount.
Place both hands on their hips.
Bridge them to the left and hip escape into their legs on the right.
Get left shin inside their right thigh and your right foot on their left hip to get single leg-x.
Control knee with left hand then get scoop grip with right arm over shoulder.
Kick them back with legs as you come up on left arm for base.
Stand up to feet to get sweep and finish in side control.

Toehold defence (5)
Early: flaring and foot fighting (REMOVED)
Rolling ballerina escape
Start with leg in toehold locked in kneebar position.
Flare foot out in opposite direction for initial defence.
When partner overpowers to turn toes in, switch foot to ballerina toes.
Turn and roll with the submission while using hands to flee away.
Finish with foot freed and facing partner.
Head arm choke defence (5)
Demonstrate the 3 phases of head arm choke defence.
Starting with head armchoke position (left arm trapped) head on the ground.
Bridge to the right bring left arm across as well to draw partner's head off the ground to back stroke arm back on the mat in front of their face.
Reset position. When bridging to the right doesn't create enough space, rock back and forth to hook arms around left knee, and extend to create space for backstroke.
Reset position. When connecting arms to leg and rocking is counter by partner driving forward, perform back shoulder roll and finish in side back position.
Anaconda choke escape (10)
Early: pre empt roll to topflex (REMOVED)
Bridge to top position and use rotational drive force to break grip.
Start in anaconda choke finish position.
Use hip movement and legs to bridge up onto partner.
Circle around to side control.
Wedge partner's hips and shoulders using hands to restrict their torso movement.
Rotate to get your chest to face them while driving torso forward to break their grips.
Finish with side control.
Omoplata defence
Early: Stepover to side control finish with shinmount transition to mount.
Partner transitions to omoplata from guard.
Step/cartwheel over body to get to side control.
As partner turns towards you slide shin over to shin mount.
Square partner's hips flat onto mat using shin mount and transition to full mount.
Late: Leg duckunder to side control.
Starting in omoplata position (left arm trapped).
Move left hand from right side of their body to the left side of their body controlling their left hip.
Controlling their left hip, dip your head to duck under their legs to get head to other side.
Use left shoulder to drive their knees away to pass to side control.
As partner turns towards you slide shin over to shin mount.
Square partner's hips flat onto mat using shin mount and transition to full mount.
