Front Kick Parry Drill
Description: Parrying front kicks and countering.
Drill:
- Parry lead front kick
- Parry rear front kick
- Parry lead front kick, + cross hook (air)
- Parry rear front kick, + hook cross (air)
- 4 reps
Considerations: Padholder needs to throw good front kicks. Counter punches can be thrown in the air. Smooth integration with footwork.
