Dutch Drill #2

Description: Smooth basic punch/kick combinations.

Drill:

- Hook, rear body kick, switch cross, hook, rear body kick (SP)

- Cross Hook, rear body kick, switch cross, hook, rear body kick (SP)

- 2 reps

Considerations: Not too much unnecessary foot movement. Gauging good distance of padholder. Flowing between all strikes and no pausing.
