Description: A movement drill focusing on weight transfer using basic strikes starting with slipping the jab.
Drill:
- Slip Jab
- Slip Jab, Upper cut
- Slip Jab, cross
- Slip Jab, cross hook
- Slip Jab, cross hook, roll, hook
- Slip Jab, cross hook, roll, pivot, body kick
- 2 reps
Considerations: Proper weight transfer on all movements. Maintaining position of feet unless pivoting or kicking. Completing the full movement of the pivot.
