4 Limb Touch Off/Def Drill

Description: Basic offence defence drill using the basic strike of each limb (arms, legs).

Drill:

- Jab (catch)

- Cross (catch)

- Inside leg kick (eat)

- Outside leg kick (eat)

- 4 reps

Considerations: Catch punches correctly. Eating kicks correctly.
