Dutch Drill #1

Description: Smooth basic punch/kick combinations.

Drill:

- Hook, rear body kick, cross, switch body kick

- Cross hook, rear body kick, hook cross, switch body kick

- 2 reps

Considerations: Not too much unnecessary foot movement. Gauging good distance of padholder. Flowing between all strikes and no pausing.
