Basic Kicks & Return Drill #2
Description: Countering kicks part 2. Returning with counters immediately after defending kicks by blocking.
Drill:
- Block rear body kick and 2 piece return
- Block switch body kick and 2 piece return
- Block rear body kick and return kick
- Block switch body kick and return kick
- 4 reps
Considerations: Loading up power by transferring weight during the block. Not pausing between block and counter.
