Hybrid Stance Drill (Punches/Kicks)

Description: Throwing basic punches, knees and kicks in both orthodox and southpaw stances.

Drill:

- 2, 3, rear knee, rear body kick (Primary stance)

- 2, 3, rear knee, rear body kick (Opposite stance)

- 4 reps

Considerations: Good form on punches and kicks. Kneeing upwards. Resetting after each combo. Padholder should match stance when catching.
