Numbers & Body Kicks Drill

Description: Throwing kicks off punches.

Drill:

- 1, rear body kick

- 2, switch body kick

- 3, rear body kick

- 4, switch body kick

- 4 reps

Considerations: Starting kicks at the end of last punch. Maintaining good range. Hand positioning when kicking. Minimal positional displacement.
