Description: Parrying straight punches and countering.

Drill:

- Parry jab, parry cross

- Parry jab + jab, parry cross + cross

- Parry jab + hook cross, parry cross + cross hook

- 2 reps

Considerations: Keeping hands up. Moving head off centre when parrying. Minimal delay when countering.
