Pyramid Punches Drill
Description: Developing fast hand speed on straight punches (jab cross).
Drill:
- Jab+Cross, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- 2 reps
Considerations: Keeping hands up moving like pistons. Not aiming for the pads rather a strike area. Pauses in between. Speed whilst keeping form.
