Switchcross Drill
Description: Practice the switchcross strike & combo on both sides.
Drill:
- Jab (Orth.)
- Switchcross, body rip, rear round kick (SP)
- Jab (SP)
- Switchcross, body rip, rear round kick (Orth.)
- 4 reps
Considerations: Timing of the switchcross. Proper positioning for body rip. Stepping out to side to make room for kick.
