Hybrid Stance Drill (Punches)

Description: Throwing basic punches in both orthodox and southpaw stances.

Drill:

- 1, 2, 3 (Primary stance)

- 1, 2, 3 (Opposite stance)

- 4 reps

Considerations: Good form on punches. Resetting after each combo. Padholder should match stance when catching.
