Wrestling (10)

Grips; left hand collar tie, right hand inside bicep tie.
Head snap attempt.
As opponent postures up - level change.
Take a penetration step, placing knee on the group and other leg up, grabbing behind the knees.
Step up across past their far foot and drive with shoulder to finish takedown.
Finish in side control with underhook and cross face.
Head snap to head inside single leg, run pipe takedown finish in kneeride.
Start standing.
Grips; left hand collar tie, right hand inside bicep tie.
Head snap attempt.
As opponent postures up, step right leg around, and drop level.
Wrap single leg and bump them back to elevate their leg off the ground.
Pivot with the left foot and circle clockwise while lowering to finish takedown.
Keep left hand holding leg while finishing in kneeride.
Passing Kneeshield (10)
Reverse underhook halfguard pass using kneedrag, passing to 3/4 mount, butterfly mount, full mount.
Starting in kneeshield
Scoop top knee with right hand.
Simultaneously drag the knee back as you switchbase and get left hip on the ground.
Maneuver elbow into armpit for underhook while sitting butt back into nearside armpit.
Walk foot to get knee pointing vertical.
Use hand to frame to free knee to 3/4 mount.
Hands at 10/2 to get butterfly hooks in to flatten hips.
Free ankles and hide under butt to finish.
Leg weave pass with head control
Starting in kneeshield
Weave right hand behind top knee and in front of bottom knee.
Scoop under head for control.
Sprawl hips flat to ground.
Traverse to the left to clear away from their legs to side control.
Use right hand to scoop under the bottom leg.
Maneuver their legs in the opposite direction and finish with leglace side control.
Passing Lockdown (10)
Early response ankle flick to reverse underhook pass to 3/4 mount to full mount.
Starting in lockdown with double bicep control.
Use bicep control to move away from their upper body.
Flick ankle over lockdown grip as you switchbase and drop elbow on the far side.
Work elbow and hips up into their armpits.
Use hand to free knee to 3/4 mount.
Hands at 10-2 and transition to butterfly mount.
Flick both ankles over and hide feet in full mount.
Late response heel push to reverse underhook pass to 3/4 mount then kneecut to side control.
Starting with opponent in lockdown with underhook and legscoop.
Use C-cup in armpit with crossface to move away from their upper body.
Switch to double bicep control.
Use own foot to loosen their lockdown grip.
Flick ankle over lockdown grip as you switchbase and drop elbow on the far side.
Work elbow and hips up into their armpits.
Use hand to free knee to 3/4 mount.
Switch grips to underhook and crossface.
Kneecut to side control.
Gi Passing (10)
Upright standing closed guard pass, transition to leg drag position, pass to side control.
Starting in closed guard.
Grips; Lapel and belt grip.
Look up and lift partner up and rest on knees.
Switch belt grip to pant grip to apply pressure to open their guard.
When partner lands on the ground, do a leg drag and move down in leg drag position.
Obtain upper body grip and move to side control.
Spider lasso pass, fake the kneecut and perform x-pass to kneeride.
Starting in spider lasso guard.
Grips; Outside pant grip (spider) and lapel/belt grip (lasso).
Pummel spider side to get inside pant grip.
Use leg to break grip and regrip grip on pants inside knee.
Maneuver and use elbow to free their foot in front of your body placing forearm behind the knee on lasso side.
Drive knee forward to go for kneecut over thigh.
When resistance occurs, switch to X-pass and finish in kneeride.
Gi back control subs (10)
From back control, finish with a back lapel choke then finish with bow and arrow choke.
Starting with back control and seatbelt.
Expose lapel with control hand and grab high with choking hand.
Switch control hand to opposite side lapel.
Pull choking arm elbow over and around shoulder to get tap.
After tap, lower choke grip on the lapel.
Position leg across body while reaching for pants grip.
Use other leg to assist in bow and arrow finish.
Switch to reverse toplock armbar from from bow and arrow.
Starting with back control and seatbelt.
Expose lapel with control hand and grab high with choking hand.
Position leg across body while reaching for pants grip.
Lock reverse toplock to stop partner from turning in.
From pant grip switch to bicep control.
Use cross-chest grip break to finish armbar.
Gi Chokes Closed guard (10)
Cross choke from closed guard using looping method.
Starting with closed guard and sleeve and lapel grips.
Reach a higher lapel grip.
Switch sleeve grip to thumb inside back of lapel grip.
Loop elbow over head and under chin.
Drive elbow across neck while keeping tension on lapel to control posture.
Basic scissor sweep from closed to mount, finish with cross choke.
Starting with closed guard and sleeve and lapel grips.
Hip escape and bring shin across body for scissor position.
Pull opponent up on shin and scissor legs for sweep.
Slide lapel grip deeper.
Switch sleeve grip to thumb inside grip on other lapel.
Flare both elbows open while applying downward force for choke.
Butterfly hook sweeps (15)
Butterfly sweep from over-under position on the initial overwrap side.
Starting from a seated position with partner on knees.
Butt scoot in and establish over under grips.
Shift onto side of hip while clamping elbow to body and lifting the underhook.
Use the butterfly hook to bring their weight a bit forward.
Fall onto shoulder while elevating hook higher to execute sweep.
Finish in a switchbase side control.
Butterfly sweep from over-under position on the initial underhook side.
Starting from a seated position with partner on knees.
Butt scoot in and establish over under grips.
Post underhook hand behind to post and sit to side on hip.
Overwrap their posting arm and clamp own elbow close to body.
Fall onto shoulder while elevating hook higher to execute sweep.
Finish in full mount.
Halfguard to single butterfly hook sweep.
Starting in bottom halfguard, partner with underhook and crossface.
Post right hand on knee to frame.
Hip escape to bring right knee through.
Switch right hand on knee to a shoulder deep underhook while clamping down on the overwrap on left side and facing hips to the left.
Elevate butterrfly hook and reach overhead with underhook to sweep.
Finish in a switchbase side control.
Coyote Halfguard (15)
Halfguard legscoop to coyote guard to undercut sweep.
Starting in bottom halfguard with no grips.
Establish tightwaist underhook and legscoop grip.
Perform coyote switch to get to coyote guard.
Reverse hip escape under partner for undercut sweep.
Finish in side control.
Back take from coyote guard when opponent posts hand from undercut sweep.
Starting in bottom halfguard with no grips.
Establish tightwaist underhook and legscoop grip.
Perform coyote switch to get to coyote guard.
Reverse hip escape under partner for undercut sweep.
Partner posts hand to stop sweep and resets weight back to centre.
When partner resets weight back to centre, post on hand/elbow and connect right ear to their ribs.
Finish with back control and hooks in.
Get to dogfight from coyote guard and takedown with knee tap.
Starting in bottom halfguard with no grips.
Establish tightwaist underhook and legscoop grip.
Perform coyote switch to get to coyote guard.
Reverse hip escape under partner for undercut sweep.
Partner sprawls away to prevent sweep.
When partner sprawls, come up to dogfight position.
Bring head towards their far knee to get hand block in position.
Drive with legs to knock partner over and finish in side control.
Single Leg X Guard (15)
Single leg X entry against a standing partner, back sweep, leg drag to side control.
Starting in seated guard with partner standing.
Butt scoot between legs and throw legs up to single leg x guard.
Secure other ankle and perform back sweep.
Perform leg drag to get to leg drag position.
Control upper body and pass to side control.
Single leg X entry against a standing partner, rock sweep, finish with straight foot lock.
Starting in seated guard with partner standing.
Butt scoot between legs and throw legs up to single leg x guard.
Partner steps back to avoid back sweep.
Cross farside hand over to control ankle while moving other elbow out of the way.
Rock to unbalance and then bridge over own shoulder to bring your hips over their foot to perform rock sweep.
Overwrap ankle, pinch elbow and fall onto side.
Apply pressure on ankle while extending spine for footlock finish.
Shin on shin guard to seated single leg x position to scoop sweep.
Starting with seated open guard with partner on knees.
Partner steps right leg up between legs while staying on left knee.
Post hand to butt scoot back to get shin on shin guard.
Fall onto right shoulder and use left buttefly hook to elevate their foot up to get to seated single leg x position.
Switch to leg scoop grip controlling the knee with left arm.
Use legs to push partner backwards to get to posting hand behind.
Come up onto legs to gain height to sweep partner to their back.
Straight foot lock defence (5)
Ankle sitover to side control.
Starting in straight footlock position.
Control toes with hands and force to the ground.
Elevate hip over their foot to sitover.
Control their other leg with other hand to stop it from coming over to block sitover.
Use your free leg to pummel over to block same leg.
Transition to head control to sprawl legs away and finish in side control.
