Wrestling (10)
Armdrag to back bodylock, takedown using front tilt/trip, finish with back control.
Starting both standing.
Grips; straight wrist control, tricep grip.
Armdrag to back bodylock with ear on their back. (Release arm for safety)
Front tilt/trip using head to push forward while blocking their hip with your own leg/hip.
Pull them down to secure back control with hooks in and seatbelt.
Collar tie bicep grip, to front bodylock back tilt/trip
Starting both standing.
Grips; Collar tie and inside bicep grip.
Pummel to front body lock with ear on their chest.
Back tilt/trip using head to push backward while blocking their hamstring with your own leg/hip.
Finish in side control bodylock, using own knee to point their knees away.
Opening Closed Guard (10)
Standing kickback pass. Do one guard recovery from failed kickback sweep, repeat successful kickback and pass to kneeride.
Starting in closed guard.
Stand up and allow backsweep.
After fall, frame opponent's hip and do reverse sitout back into their guard.
Stand up and perform kickback pass vs backsweep.
Control ankles, torreando pass to kneeride.
Stand and use kneeblock vs waiter sweep, transition to legdrag position, then pass to side control.
Starting in closed guard.
Stand and wait for waiter sweep grip.
Apply turning pressure with kneeblock as opponent applies waiter sweep pressure.
When guard opens, control ankles and lower down to legdrag position.
Pass to side control with hand blocking their hip.
Gi Passing Closed Guard (10)
Opening Closed guard on knees using 7 o'clock, Basic grips kneecut from standing start
Starting in closed guard.
Establish basic grips (lapel grip and frame inside thigh).
Knee in middle of butt and step foot up at 7 o'clock.
Sit hips backwards to apply pressure to open guard.
Step foot up and bring knee over their thigh.
Step other foot over their leg and grab tricep gi grip.
Pull sleeve up whilst sliding over their leg for the pass.
Opening guard on feet using tripod method, basic grips x-pass.
Starting in closed guard.
Establish basic grips (lapel grip and frame inside thigh).
Stand and elevate butt into the air while keeping weight on opponents body.
While applying downward force with hands, move hips backwards to break open guard.
Cross arms and pass using X-pass.
Use legs/hips to drive their knees in opposite direction.
Secure underhook and crossface side control.
Passing Open Guard using Staple (10)
Straight outside staple legscoop backstep
Starting in opponent's closed guard.
*Opponent opens their guard.* Left hand on knee, Right hand on hip, Left foot stepped up.
Push knee down, Step left knee down to staple, Step up on right foot to shelf.
Get underhook and crossface.
*Opponent tries to push away with hamstring* - Pummel knee around to vegan mount.
Hands at 10-2.
Flick ankles under their butt to full mount.
Straight outside staple knee pummel to mount
Starting in opponent's closed guard.
*Opponent opens their guard.*
Left hand on knee, Right hand on hip, Left foot stepped up.
Push knee down, Step left knee down to staple, Step up on right foot to shelf.
Get underhook and crossface.
*Opponent does nothing*
Scoop their leg.
Backstep whilst keeping hook.
Release hook and control knees to the opposite side and finish with leglace.
Passing Halfguard (10)
Farside underhook smash pass (basic version)
Starting upright in top halfguard.
Secure head control with farside underhook and crossface with gable grip.
Tripod up on elbows with feet wide apart for balance.
Walk feet in an arc to the side to get opponents bottom knee towards the ground.
Place knee on the ground in front of their thigh, whilst lightly resting your hip on their belly.
Use other foot to free trapped ankle; slide over to side control.
Use hips/legs to point opponent's knees in other direction.
Reverse underhook pass to 3/4 mount, use vegan mount to free to mount.
Starting upright in top halfguard.
Place elbow on ground in front of opponents elbow by swtiching base.
Slide elbow up high into their armpit (farside) while sliding your butt up into their nearside armpit.
Walk foot close to their butt so knee is pointing vertical.
Frame their thigh with hand and drive knee to 3/4 mount with hands at 10-2.
Place shin of the loose leg inside opponents thigh.
Using hands for balance, use shins to get both their hips flat on the mat.
Pummel both ankles over and under thighs for full mount.
Closed Guard Subs (15)
Guillotine from closed guard.
Starting in closed guard.
Unlock guard and sit up using hand post behind
Wrap neck with choking arm and scoot butt back for balance.
Lock hands and close guard falling onto opponent's head.
Apply choke finish.
Front triangle choke using collar tie from close guard.
Starting in closed guard.
Setup grips; wrist and collar tie.
Open guard and punch wrist grip between legs
Lock triangle trap.
Grab shin for posture control and scoop leg to create angle.
Lock full triangle and apply choke
Bring arm across if needed.*
Secondary armbar attack from triangle choke using overhook setup.
Starting in closed guard.
Setup grips; overhook and wrist control.
Angle knee in front of shoulder.
Pummel leg over shoulder to triangle trap.

Scoop leg to angle and move leg to crossface and finish armbar.
Closed Guard Sweeps (10)
Basic scissor sweep to mount.
Starting in closed guard.
Setup grips; Sleeve and high lapel grip.
Turn hips to get legs into scissor position.
Pull opponent onto legs, scissoring legs while punching lapel grip to the ground.
Finish in mount still with grips
Throw crossface leg over and execute armbar.
Armdrag pendulum sweep
Starting in closed guard.
Setup grips; Sleeve and tricep grip.
Armdrag and grab lat.
Scoop opponent's leg and angle perpindicular.
Swing leg back while knocking opponent over to mount position.
Side Control Escapes (20)
Basic side control escape to closed guard using frames.
Starting with both arms outside wrapped around opponent.
Small buck to get hip frame.
Crossface bridge to get chest frame.
Connect knee to hip.
Hip escape enough to slide knee across opponent's belly.
Extend to create space using shin and arm frames.
Square up and pummel legs around opponent's body.
Grab both arms and pull them into a closed guard.
Basic side control spin under escape to front headlock position.
Starting with both arms outside wrapped around opponent.
Establish tight overhook.
Reach other hand under to brace their body.
Small buck to move head south under their chest.
Spin under and get to knees.
Establish proper front headlock control.
Hip escape to knees when opponent is blocking the hip with their hand, finishing with double leg takedown.
Starting with arm frames inside and opponent blocking hip with their hand.
Hand framing on near hip.
First hip escape start half turn to belly while reaching other hand under onto towards other hip.
Second hip escape to end belly down with both hands on the hips.
Come up into turtle by bringing knees up to elbows.
Pop head out to side and stepping up on foot on same side.
Drive with shoulder to takedown and finish in side control with crossface and underhook.
North south inversion escape to closed guard.
Starting in bottom north south withe both frames in.
Elevate opponent's chest to make space.
Do backward shoulder roll to get shin on collarbone.
Do half turn to get calf over back of their neck.
Use legs to shoulder walk away.
Pummel legs and pull opponent into closed guard.
Scarfhold Escapes (10)
Using top hook take the back when elbow is hidden.
Starting with scarfhold position with elbow connected to body.
Bridge up to pull elbow behind body.
Throw top hook over their hip.
Use hook and top arm to drag them to other side while freeing head.
Establish both hooks and seatbelt back control.
Using the spoon position to roll opponent when elbow is trapped.
Starting with scarfhold position with elbow trapped.
Connect hands together to tightly hug opponent's body.
Bridge opponent forward to create space under their hips.
Slide your own hips under the hips.
When they sit back to adjust their position, use momentum to roll them to the other side.
Use a forearm frame to posture and break scarfhold grip.
Establish side mount with seatbelt.
Sit back and take seatbelt back control.
Gi Grip Fighting (10)
Basic sleeve/Lapel grip fighting in closed guard.
Start in opponent's closed guard with sleeve and high lapel grip.
Use pacman grip to strip sleeve grip.
Two on one head weave lapel grip break.
Opponent regrips sleeve and low lapel grip.
Use pacman grip to strip sleeve grip.
Two on one lapel grip break.
Spider Lasso Guard Pass
Starting in spider-lasso position.
Establish defensive grips; outside pant grip vs spider, lapel grip vs lasso.
Spider side: Pummel hand under to inside pant grip.
Use shin/foot to break grip and regrip pants inside knee.
Use elbow and manouver their foot in front
Frame forerarm behind their knee driving their knee to their chest.
Use x-pass to kneeride.
