Description: Lower body attacks and defence drill.

Drill:

- Jab (body)

- Cross (body)

- Body rip (block)

- Outside leg kick (eat)

- Inside leg kick (eat)

- Switch body kick (block)

- 2 reps

Considerations: Correct striking form. Absorbing/blocking punches properly on defence.
