Back Them Up Drill

Description: Using the basic combos to back an opponent up.

Drill:

- Jab Jab Cross

- Jab Hook Cross

- Hook Jab Cross

- 4 reps

Considerations: Not stepping on the first strike. Syncing steps with subsequent punches. Form and flow. Padholder will have to back up to give the right amount of space.
