Red Zone Defence + 2 Piece Counter Drill
Description: Blocking punching while inside the red zone (pocket) and countering.
Drill:
- Blocking lead body rip & rear body rip
- Blocking lead head hook & rear head hook
- Blocking body rips + upper cut hook counters
- Blocking head hooks + cross hook, hook cross counters
- 2 reps
Considerations: Proper defensive hand position. Tilting body when defending body rips. Tight counters.
