Basic Kicks & Return Drill #1

Description: Drilling the basic kicks and returning with strikes immediately after to deter counters.

Drill:

- Low, Hook + Cross

- Body, Hook + Cross

- Inside, Cross + Hook

- Switch body, Cross + Hook

- 4 reps

Considerations: Good defensive hand position when kicking. Not pausing too long after kick. Maintain good range.
