Drill:

- Slip Cross, hook

- Slip Cross, body

- Slip Cross, body, head

- Slip Cross, body, head, roll, body

- Slip Cross, body, head, roll, body, check hook, Body kick

- 2 reps

Considerations: Proper weight transfer on all movements. Maintaining position of feet unless pivoting or kicking. Completing the full movement of the pivot.
