Description: Drilling the Tyson hop for close range attacks and creating angles.

Drill:

- Up hook (side A)

- Up hook (side B)

- 20 reps

Considerations: Good foot position and weight transfer for good strikes. Proper weight transfer switching stance. Power with speed.
