1. Start on your feet with left leg forward, left collar tie and right inside bicep tie.

  2. Snap opponent’s head down by pulling them down to break their posture.

  3. As opponent resists to try and posture back up, release and change level by bending knees.

  4. Drop lead knee (left) to the mat between their feet, grabbing behind the knees and right foot up.

  5. Use right foot to step up and across their body with left foot while keep tight grip of legs.

  6. Keep driving sideways with feet to take opponent down and finish with underhook and crossface.
