1. Start in a seated butterfly position with opponent on their knees.

  2. Scoot butt forward and secure overwrap grip with left arm and an underhook with the right.

  3. With their elbow secured, use right foot to shift onto the left hip.

  4. Fall onto left shoulder bringing opponent down with you as you elevate your right hook/foot.

  5. After sweep, finish in switchbase side control underhook and tricep control.
