1. Start on your feet with left leg forward, left collar tie and right inside bicep tie.

  2. Snap opponent’s head down by pulling them down to break their posture.

  3. As opponent postures up, release and step around to pick up single leg with head on inside.

  4. Pivot on left foot to circle clockwise and lower opponent’s hip to the mat.

  5. Keep hold of their leg with left hand and move to kneeride position.
