1. Start in side control up on both knees, arms at 10 and 4 o'clock.

  2. Switch arms to 8 and 2 o'clock.

  3. Sit out on right hip facing opponent's head, resting on right elbow.

  4. Take one big step over to north-south, arms by opponent's sides.

  5. Switch left elbow across their body and backstep to opposite sit-out position (left hip).

  6. Return to squared-up knees, arms at 10 and 4 o'clock.

  7. Switch arms to 8 and 2 o'clock.

  8. Sit out on right hip facing their legs, resting on right elbow.

  9. Pull knee towards, step over to full mount.

  10. Square up in full mount, arms at 10 and 2 o'clock.

  11. Drop left elbow to 2 o'clock next to opponent's head, backstep to left to dismount.

  12. Return to squared-up knees, arms at 10 and 4 o'clock.
