Basic Drills
Start in full mount, hands at 10 and 2 o'clock.
Bottom person tries to lasso arms, swim arms out to negate.
Bottom person bridges and pushes left, top cups head, posts hand, pinch legs.
Bottom person bridges and pushes right, top cups head, posts hand, pinch legs.
Bottom person bridges directly up, top posts with both hands, pinch legs.
Bottom person turns left, top steps and slides to side mount with seatbelt.
Bottom person falls to back, top recovers to full mount at 10 and 2 o'clock.
Bottom person turns right, top steps and slides to side mount with seatbelt.
From side mount, pull opponent across and over to other side to finish with back control.
