Basic Drills
Start in side control, arms at 8 and 2 o'clock.
Place hands on opponent's hip and shoulder.
Push up and spring to kneeride in one motion.
Return to side control, arms at 8 and 2 o'clock.
Spring back up to kneeride again.
Place hands above opponent's head at 10 and 2.
Perform kneeride switch to switch to kneeride on other side.
Lower down to side control on other side, arms at 10 and 4 o'clock.
Spring back up to kneeride again.
Place hands above opponent's head at 10 and 2.
Perform kneeride switch to mount, hands at 10 and 2.
With hands at 10 and 2, spring back up to kneeride on starting side to finish.
