Basic Drills
Start standing, hands holding both ankles.
Swing opponent’s feet to the left and opponent will start to resist.
Swing their feet back to right, and step right foot next to their hip.
Switch right hand to inside opponent's near knee, shin across belly, left foot in line with shoulder.
Reset to standing, hands on both ankles, to repeat on other side.
Swing opponent’s feet to the right and opponent will start to resist.
Swing their feet back to left, and step left foot next to their hip.
Switch left hand to inside opponent's near knee, shin across belly, right foot in line with shoulder.
Repeat total of 4 reps.
