Start standing.
Grab opposite wrist with right hand and behind tricep with left hand.
Drag arm across your body, step right foot around opponent, connect left shoulder to theirs.
Use right hand to grab their wrist to go behind then secure bodylock.
With right ear on opponent’s back, drop down onto left knee with right knee blocking knee thigh.
With a tight bodylock, twist your torso to drag opponent over your thigh.
Finish in side control.
