Scarfhold Escapes
Start in bottom scarfhold position with opponent holding the arm in front.
Lock hands with a bodylock to help secure the arm in place.
Slide your hips under their hips quickly before they return back to position.
Slide your hips under their hips before they return back to position.
When they return back to position, use the momentum to roll them and end up on knees.
Free head and finish with seatbelt grip.
