1. Move forward, lower posture and grab both legs behind knees, head on outside.

  2. Opponent sprawls back on their feet with body over your head, forcing hands to mat.

  3. Raise hips onto hands and feet to the four-point position.

  4. Sit out to one side, popping head out.

  5. Turn to secure back body lock.

  6. Finish with back control and hooks.
