1. Start with closed guard wth opponents hands on hips.

  2. Opponent stands straight up, keep ankles locked.

  3. Use right arm to scoop  behind their ankle and lock gable grip.

  4. Keeping ankles locked, bridge up on shoulder to off balance opponent to the side.

  5. Release ankle, walk hands in arc to full mount, hands at 10 and 2 o’clock.
