Mount Escapes
Start in bottom mount, opponent’s hands at 10 and 2 o’clock.
Frame right forearm across their waist, left elbow inside opponent’s thigh.
Straighten left leg onto mat and turn onto side while maintaining arm position on their waist.
Use right foot to trap opponent’s ankle between legs.
Use arms and legs to elevate their knee to slide under to turn onto right hip.
Push their knee between your legs and establish underhook grip with your left arm.
Scoop their far leg with your right arm and finish laying on your side.
