Closed Guard Sweeps
Start with closed guard with opponents hands on hips.
Attempt to grab their wrists, opponent postures and hides hands to their chest.
Place feet on the mat, post on right hand behind to sit up with left arm over their body.
Elevate hips using right hand, and use hips to push opponent to the side onto their back.
Finish in full mount, hands at 10 and 2 o’clock.
