1. Start in full mount, opponent’s arms on their chest.

  2. Position hands on opponent’s wrist and elbow and force to the ground.

  3. Opponent turns in their side to defend their arm.

  4. Step up and slide other knee to transition to side mount with figure 4 seatbelt control.

  5. Maintain figure-4 grip and bring elbow over opponent’s head.

  6. Lean towards their feet to  swing your leg over their head.

  7. Land on butt, grab wrist with both hands and extend arm over hip to finish.
