1. Start with closed guard with opponents hands pushing down on hips.

  2. Place back of hands behind their wrists.

  3. Circle hands to direct their hands to the mat and control their wrists.

  4. Sit up and reach over their elbow with left arm and lock figure-four grip.

  5. Drop back onto mat bringing their arm behind their back and move right leg higher up their back.

  6. Adjust hips to turn onto left hip to face their head.

  7. Use right hand grip to push their hand towards back of their head to finish.
