1. Start in back control, opponent on choke side.

  2. Grab choking wrist with both hands and pass it over your head.

  3. Place back of head on mat, turn shoulders slightly.

  4. Turn hips slightly and step over their bottom hook.

  5. Slide hips over their leg and also bring inside elbow to the mat.

  6. Release wrist and start to get on top by coming up onto knees while blocking their far knee.

  7. Finish in side control with underhook, crossface and gable grip.
