1. Start in bottom mount, opponent posture up with hands off the mat.

  2. Bridge up to force opponent’s hands to mat and lock gable grib around an arm.

  3. Pull in gable grip at the elbow, securing arm to your chest.

  4. Block their foot with yours on the same side as the arm trapped.

  5. Bridge over shoulder towards side as the arm trapped to sweep.

  6. Opponent frees their trapped foot to post to avoid sweep.

  7. Release their arm and post on their body and hip escape to trap their leg.

  8. Hip escape again to the other side to extract your other leg under them.

  9. Pull them in with arms and lock both legs around them to finish in closed guard.
