1. Start in side control, opponent’s arms on their chest.

  2. Use right hand to scoop and grip their upper arm.

  3. Post left hand behind opponent’s head and pull them up on their side.

  4. Step left foot over their body and place around middle of spine.

  5. Pivot 180 degrees and sit close to their shoulder on other side.

  6. Grab wrist with both hands and extend arm over hip to finish.
