Back Control Submissions
Start in full mount, opponent’s arms on their chest.
Position hands on opponent’s wrist and elbow and force to the ground.
Opponent turns to defend, transition to side mount with figure 4 seatbelt control.
Drop hip closest to their head to the ground.
Lean towards the other hip to lift their shoulder off the ground.
Fall to the other side with hooks in back control.
Finish with rear naked choke.
